Proportion of population pushed below the $1.90 ($ 2011 PPP) poverty line by out-of-pocket health care expenditure. This indicator shows the fraction of a country's households experiencing impoverishing expenditures, defined as expenditures without which the household would have been above the $ 1.90 poverty line, but because of the expenditures is below the poverty line.
